Warranty & Repair Policy

Qiaodan Sports

1. Warranty Period

  1. All branded products purchased from Qiaodan Sports (excluding accessories) are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.

  2. Warranty commencement date:

    • Offline (physical retail) purchases: The warranty period begins on the invoice or receipt issue date.

    • Online purchases: The warranty period begins on the shipment date.

2. Warranty Coverage Territory

This warranty applies worldwide except Mainland China.

3. Warranty & Repair Services

3.1 Warranty Services (Within Warranty Period)

During the warranty period, if a product becomes unusable due to natural defects or functional failure arising from manufacturing defects (excluding damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or external force), Qiaodan Sports will provide warranty service.

Before sending the product for inspection or repair, please contact customer service in advance.
Customers are required to prepay the shipping cost when sending the product to Qiaodan Sports for inspection or repair.
Once the repair is completed, return shipping costs will be covered by Qiaodan Sports.

3.2 Repair Services (Out of Warranty)

For products that are outside the warranty period, Qiaodan Sports offers paid repair services.

Customers must first contact customer service and send the product to the designated service center at their own shipping expense.

  • All repair services are subject to separate quotation.

  • Repairs will only proceed after the customer confirms the quoted price and signs the repair authorization form.

  • Shipping costs for returning the repaired product shall be borne by the customer.

4. Warranty & Repair Service Timeline

  1. Upon receipt of the product, the estimated repair processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks.

  2. After repair completion, the product will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
