1. Order Acceptance
Upon completion of the order process and successful payment on the Qiaodan Sports online store, no binding sales contract is formed at that time. Your order constitutes only an offer to purchase.
You acknowledge and agree that Qiaodan Sports reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A binding contract shall be deemed formed only upon shipment confirmation issued by Qiaodan Sports.
2. Right to Modify Policy
Qiaodan Sports reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this Return Policy, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
3. Return Eligibility & Inspection Period
All return orders must be shipped via courier delivery.
For products delivered to you, you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period commencing from the date of receipt.
This inspection period is not a trial or usage period.
4. Condition of Returned Products
All returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, including but not limited to:

The product itself;

Original packaging;

All tags, labels, accessories, and protective materials.
Any unpacking, use, or handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may affect your right to return. Qiaodan Sports reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Non–New Condition & Refurbishment Costs
A product shall not be deemed in new condition, even if original packaging and tags remain intact, if it falls under any of the following circumstances:

The product has been washed, altered, repaired, modified, or disassembled;

Protective films or seals have been removed;

The product shows signs of use, wear, damage, stains, or contamination;

Any other condition reasonably determined by Qiaodan Sports to be inconsistent with a new product.
In such cases, you agree to bear all reasonable refurbishment, cleaning, or restoration costs necessary to return the product to a resalable condition.
6. Responsibility for Product Integrity
You are solely responsible for maintaining the integrity and condition of the product during the inspection period and return process.
7. Promotional Items & Vouchers
If your order included any gifts, promotional items, or vouchers (including but not limited to physical or electronic gift cards, discount coupons, or free redemption vouchers), all such items must be returned together with the product. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
8. Return Limitations

Each order is eligible for one (1) return request only.

Partial returns of items within the same order are permitted.
9. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after Qiaodan Sports receives, inspects, and approves the returned product(s).
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Invoices & Tax Documentation
For electronic invoices, no credit note is required. Qiaodan Sports will handle all necessary invoice adjustments.
For physical invoices, the original invoice must be returned with the product.
If an invoice has already been declared across accounting periods, you may be required to complete a credit note to facilitate the refund.
11. Product Information Disclaimer
Product images, specifications, colors, and styles displayed on the online store are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product due to display settings or image limitations. The actual product delivered shall prevail.
12. Final Determination & Interpretation
Qiaodan Sports reserves the final and sole discretion to determine the condition of returned products and eligibility for refunds.
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of this Return Policy, the interpretation of Qiaodan Sports shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
13. Governing Law & Compliance
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws. Nothing in this policy shall limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable US, EU, or local regulations.
