How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 10–15 business days after shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on your country, region, and local carrier conditions. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.
When will my order be shipped?
QIAODAN usually ships orders within 3 business days, excluding holidays. During promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. QIAODAN offers a 7-day return and exchange service from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts included.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your foot length, foot width, and preferred fit. For running shoes, many runners prefer going half a size up for extra toe room.
How should I clean and care for my shoes?
Wipe off dirt with a soft cloth or brush. If needed, gently hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or expose the shoes to direct heat. Air dry them naturally in a cool, ventilated area.

The shoes arrived and they are perfect, I put them on and it made me want to run right away. They are very soft and feel like you're putting springs on your feet. I haven't done my 5K run in them yet, but I can't wait.
Very nice, I bought it precisely because of the good cushioning. Today I ran 12k with it and didn't feel anything; it provides perfect energy return. My size in Brazil is 39, I got the 41 and it fit perfectly.

Very good shoes, best value for money in the "all-purpose tool" category. It can be used in all types of training, especially running and long-distance training, with a slower and more rhythmic pace. Very comfortable and soft. Excellent interior space, different from other Chinese shoe models that are narrow. You can order a random number. The delivery was a bit delayed due to the postal service's post-holiday strike, it arrived 30 days late, but nothing too serious. It came in a box, safely. I paid 490 reais with discounts, but even 700 reais would still be worth it, as it is much better than the Brazilian models in this price range. I only rode 40 km with it, so I can't talk about durability yet, although it seems quite sturdy. I recommend.

It arrived and fit perfectly. Chinese size 43 is equivalent to Brazilian size 41. Now I just need to test it in a race, but apparently it's a great shoe for long training sessions, running, and recovery.
Got the shoes 2 weeks after i ordered. Really impressed with the performance. Light, snug and comfy. It reminds me of novablast 5 and nb rebel v5.

The shoe is wide. I have wide feet and felt really nice. On the last run, 16km i got two equal feet hot spot. Not critical but is there. I felt my feet landing on top of outside middle sole internally here i got the hot spot.44 euro size is real but i would go bigger next time just because when running my toe touches ever so slightly the toe box.

Very comfortable, with good weight for its cushioning category and even has a nice energy return. Stability okay. It's less soft than the more, runs Max and Nimbus 27. But there is more energy return than these mentioned. I didn't like the lacing system very much. I prefer traditional eyelets for threading the shoelace.
